Revolution Technologies has an immediate opening for a Technical Recruiter in Orlando, FL. Revolution Technologies, LLC is a nationwide Consulting, Staffing and Solutions firm serving Middle Market to Fortune 1000 clients and the U.S. Government. Founded in 1993 and with offices across the U.S., Revolution Technologies’ capabilities include Consulting, Staff Augmentation, MSP Services, Enterprise Resource Planning Consulting, and Direct Hire.

This Position will be responsible for the recruiting and placement for existing clients Nationwide along with supporting new order activity with new clients that are established.

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

•         Manages full life-cycle recruiting for assigned client(s)

•         Identify qualified candidates

•         Conduct interview process

•         Administer skill testing, as required

•         Verify all required references on every candidate

•         Present the candidate for consideration

•         Coach candidates, as requested or needed. This could be on performance, conduct or evaluations, for example

•         Make offers to candidates

•         Finalize any paperwork that is necessary

•         Build a database of qualified candidates to ensure a quick response time to client demands

•         Ability to recruit utilizing various established methods and the ability to bring new recruiting ideas to the organization


•         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•         Ability to muti-task effectively

•         Understands urgency

•         Strong problem solving skills

•         PC literate in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook

•         Internet searching skills

•         Experience with recruiting job boards and social networks is necessary

•         Build strong relationship with candidate pool and sources

Education and Experience:

•         Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a Professional/Technical environment

•         Bachelor’s degree preferred

•         Any additional job related skills focused on IT industry

Base Salary with commission, benefits package including 401K.
