Tasks/Responsibilities :

•         Manage license renewal and purchasing software licenses for servers and computers

•         Maintain Skype for Business audio and visual conference system

•         Provide level 1 and 2 support to users when required

•         Resolve identified incidents based on established service levels and timelines

•         Support user requests through a centralized management platform

•         Follow up on service calls and document tickets according to the procedures in effect

•         Participate in team activities to improve and optimize the processes supported by the department

•         Configure and deploy the required technology solutions

•         Document current processes and technologies in place

Job Requirements

     Qualifications:

•         Experience purchasing and tracking software licenses for a company using Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center portal

•         Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in English

•         Autonomous and able to adapt in a changing environment

•         Experience with SQL database and SQL queries

•         Experience with virtual systems
