Revolution Technologies is growing!  Come join our Midtown-based team as a Technical Recruiter in its Atlanta branch.  Founded in 1993 and with offices across the U.S., Revolution Technologies’ capabilities include Consulting, Staff Augmentation, MSP Services, Enterprise Applications Consulting, and Direct Hire placement. Our clients range from mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 organizations as well as government and higher education clients.


Summary of Responsibilities:


As an IT Recruiter for Revolution Technologies you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and all steps associated with the identification, qualification and placement of direct and contract employees. You will source for candidates, recruit, interview, screen, present, coach, make offers, and close offers.  This position will be responsible for recruiting and placement of candidates for new and existing clients in the Atlanta market. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned client(s)
  • Identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct interview process
  • Administer skill testing, as required
  • Verify all required references on every candidate
  • Present the candidate for consideration
  • Coach candidates, as requested or needed. This could be on pre-interview activities, performance or evaluations, for example
  • Make offers to candidates
  • Finalize any on boarding and compliance-related documentation
  • Build a database of qualified candidates to ensure a quick response time to client demands
  • Ability to recruit utilizing various established methods, including social media outreach and professional networking. 



Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Recruiting, ideally in the IT Staffing Industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency utilizing internet, social media, professional networking, and other methods to attract and secure candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.  
  • Capable of successfully presenting and proposing Revolution value statement, opportunities presented and company benefits. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated phone skills.  
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • PC literate in MS Office and the Internet.
  • Ability to learn candidate tracking systems (ATS) and other software as required. (We use Bullhorn)
