Job Description:

Receive all incoming supplies and equipment, verify each item received matches each item ordered, process invoices in appropriate inventory software system, and prepare items received for distribution.  May process invoices for services performed. 

Reconcile and input appropriate data from invoices for payment to be issued.

Maintain shipping registers for site.  Troubleshoot any issues that may arise, coordinating with other departments as necessary.  Complete reallocations as directed by Purchasing.  May develop and implement process improvements for departmental efficiency.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Data Entry

IT experience using and Familiarity with IT terminology
