HR Employee Data Specialist (HRIS)

7+months / Contract (could go longer)

Dallas, TX


Non Exempt

  • HR Generalist with experience in SAP, MS Excel and heavy customer focus/service

  • Ideal candidate will have experience in medium-large companies.  Selected candidate will be responsible for data management (building and maintaining employee profiles and performing position management updates.

  • This role will work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting and Global diversity/inclusion and training teams

  • Selected candidate must be able to extract data from multiple sources, compile and deliver reports on an ad hoc basis.

  • Heavy consideration to those with HRIS experience.

  • HS Diploma/GED required

  • BA/BS in HRIS or similar field preferred

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel

  • SAP experience

Job Requirements


  • HS Diploma/ GED

  • 3 years experience SAP

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel (V- look ups, tables, extracting data)


  • HR Generalist or HRIS  experience
