  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to review queries from MOCI users with MOCI Team

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience scheduling and facilitating meetings

  • Skilled with addressing service tickets

  • Process and/or project management experience

  • Experience with influencing without authority

  • Strong collaboration, communication and negotiation skills

  • Experienced facilitator

  • Detail-oriented

  • Expert at Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Exceptional Excel knowledge and experience (data, macros, etc.)



  • Enterprise Customer Acquisition Process (ECAP)/Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) understanding

  • SQL expert

  • Cross-functional, global collaboration experience

  • Experience in roles that required demonstration of a strong working knowledge of a Configuration Management System

  • Experience working in a global team environment
