Revolution Technologies has an immediate need for a Business Development Manager or Account Executive with an understanding of IT staffing or solutions sales to join a growing team in Raleigh. The Ideal Candidate:

A Business Development Manager will have a high degree of self-motivation and a proven ability to execute aggressive business development initiatives, tenacity to chase sales leads and close deals to grow their business portfolio through solutions based selling. A consultative professional with the ability to quickly assess situations for opportunity, establish effective partnerships and collaboration with clients and build positive working relationships. Experience in the IT staffing or solutions sales is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in new and existing client development activities. Activities include but are not limited to: sourcing, cold calling, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, scheduling and conducting new and follow-up client visits.
  • Ensure local market alignment initiatives related to client targeting.
  • Deliver value-driven presentations for client engagement
  • Select and employ appropriate account development strategies/programs.
  • Establish client expectations and effectively communicate to appropriate parties. Advise client on staffing solutions.
  • Assist in the development of service agreements.
  • Coordinate with delivery team on new job orders
  • Determine and implement appropriate marketing techniques for market, industry, and region.
  • Participate in professional associations and networking opportunities.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience with demonstrating ability to sell within IT hierarchy and complex business solutions
  • 2 to 5 years demonstrated high performance, sales success, (with a focus on driving and closing net new business)
  • Ability to demonstrate business forecasting: monthly forecast, weekly commit, and pipeline development.
  • Self-starter with solid values, viewed as a trusted advisor
  • Competency for intangible consultative/solution selling
